The Plush “Pure Gain” pedal is a unique product co-designed by Nelson Pass (a noted high end audio Designer) and Andy Fuchs. It uses a unique circuit topology which uses high gain FET’s, for lowest noise and the warmest tube like sound possible. The Plush “Pure Gain” can be used as both an active buffer, and as a gain booster. When the control is in its lowest position, the pedal is operating in unity gain mode, which means the input signal and output signals are identical in strength. The advantage of keeping the unit on, in unity gain mode, is the signal from your instrument is buffered. This means its output impedance is much lower than its original 1-Meg ohm value. In unity gain mode the “Pure Gain” provides a 1-K output impedance, which is ideal for driving long cable runs or pedals with low input impedance. As the gain control is increased, the booster adds gain only as required. Unlike other boosters which produce full gain at all times and simply lower it. With a volume control “Pure Gain” truly adjusts its gain, which makes it the quietest booster made today. It also allows you to use only as much gain as you choose, keeping noise as low as possible. When set at maximum gain, “Pure Gain” provides up to 20-db of gain for any input signal. Its input impedance is 1-Meg, which is suitable for most any guitar or keyboard input. It has an extremely high overload point, which means, should you hear any distortion, you are either overloading the input of the pedal, or the pedal has increased the signal level to the point of overloading the amplifier, pedal, or device it’s feeding. The Plush “pure Gain” provides a hard wire bypass, which means when not in use (LED not lit) the input is connected directly to the output, with no loading of the signal, and no active devices in the signal path. $179.00
The Plush “Plush Drive” pedal is a unique product, designed by Andy Fuchs. It uses a unique circuit topology which uses a combination of IC’s and selected FET’s, for lowest noise and the warmest tube like overdrive tones possible. The Plush “Plush Drive” is a simple 4-knob overdrive pedal, which is easily dialed in for the widest range of overdrive tones. The gain control is set to control the amount of distortion. It can go from a mild blues style distortion, to a high gain Dumble style medium gain overdrive when set at maximum gain. The touch control is unique to this product. It sets the amount of touch sensitivity to your fingers and/or how hard you pluck the guitar. The tone control goes from a dark (full counter clockwise) tone, to a bright chimey tone as the control is turned up. Finally, the level control sets the final output level of the pedal. This control is used to set the solo level when the pedal is activated (LED on). The input impedance is 1-Meg, suitable for most any guitar or signal source. The output impedance is approximately 1-K, which is buffered, to drive long cables as well as subsequent effects. $229.00
The Plush “Extreme Cream” pedal is a unique product, designed by Andy Fuchs. It uses a unique circuit topology which uses a combination of IC’s and selected FET’s, for lowest noise and the warmest tube like overdrive tones possible. The Plush “Extreme Cream” is an easy to use dual channel overdrive pedal, which is easily dialed in for the widest range of overdrive tones. The two channels are identical in operation; however each channel is voiced slightly different, for greater tonal versatility. The left-hand footswitch changes channels, while the right-hand footswitch bypasses the pedal completely. When the pedal is bypassed, the LED for the pre-selected channel will blink. This allows you to know which channel will become active when the pedal is engaged. When the pedal is engaged, the LED will stop blinking and switch to a solid color. Each channel has identical controls: The gain control is set to control the amount of distortion. It can go from a mild blues style distortion, to a high gain shredder overdrive when set at maximum gain. The Plush “Extreme Cream” provides a true hard wire bypass, which means when not in use (LED not lit) the input is connected directly to the output, with no loading of the signal, and no active devices in the signal path. This pedal may be driven by a Plush “Pure Gain” pedal to achieve higher levels of gain and distortion. $279.00
REP-3 Tube Voiced Delay- The REP-3 delivers tape-like goodness and has the same attention to the audio and delay circuits as the Replay, and Replay Jr, but with a unique solid state audio stage. The control panel is clear, concise, and user-friendly. Controls are delay time, mix, wow and flutter, repeats and fidelity. The fidelity control allows you to tailor the repeats from digitally clear to tape smoothness. An internal switch allows you to set the output to wet (delay only) for use through a parallel effects loop, or for stereo ping-pong operation. While the REP-3 may be used on a pedal board in-front of an amplifier, for best performance, we encourage its use in an effects loop. The REP-3 is simple to operate its unique retro styling is equally at-home in a studio, as it is on a stage. Effect creates a series of delays that delivered the warmth and musicality of tape, without the hassles and costs of replacing tapes, belts, motors and maintenance. Sure, everyone loves the sound of tape, who needs all the hassles? If you're like us, you want "that sound" and nothing more. The REP-3 features up to one second of pure warm musical delay. Using a unique solid state audio circuit topology, the REP-3 still retains the warm musical tones of an analogue tape delay. By using a unique power supply topology, the incoming 9 volts is internally converted to plus and minus 9V for maximum dynamic range, lowest noise, and musicality. The REP-3 also features the same proprietary great-sounding digital technology used in many of our pedals, for the delay line. The enclosure is cast aluminum, and precision machined. It features ultra-bright LEDS for highest visibility on stage or even outdoors. The control panel features: LEDS for: Echo mute and tempo indication. The REP-3 operates just as simply as a tape delay: No fancy programming, or software silliness. Designed by musicians for musicians. $349.00
